Welcome to our home!
Are you looking for calm, charm and comfort? In our Maison Vieille we have been welcoming you for the past fifteen years in the favorite neighborhood of travelers visiting Carcassonne.
Ideally located at the foot of the Medieval City, our guest house is composed of a suite, five rooms and two bright, comfortable and spacious gîtes.
The Maison Vieille can also be rented in its entirety by the week, for private, family or friendly especial events.
Here, we have thought of every detail in order to offer you a charming and comfortable stay.
The entrance of the house, located at about twenty meters from the old bridge, is discrete. Step through the door and choose either the welcoming living room or the shaded patio with its hundred-year-old olive tree to relax.
The Guest house is right next the old bridge. This bridge, built in 1359, and today pedestrian, has long been the only link between the two parts of the city: the Bourg (the lower city) and the Cité (the upper city).
It is one of the romantic places in the city. It offers a breathtaking view of the whole city, day and night. And when the city walls are illuminated, it is magical!
